A will and power of attorney can provide you many protections as you plan for the future. At the Law Offices of Donald C. Anderson, Jr., we know the difficult decisions that go along with these, and we want to help guide you through them with compassion and understanding, reaching the best choices for you.

Living wills allow you to specify how you would like your assets divided after you die, and can detail the kind of medical care you would like to receive if you become incapacitated. We will guide you through the hard decisions, appoint an executor to administer your estate and assets, and divide them according to your wishes.

A power of attorney is a legal document allows you to appoint someone you trust to act on your behalf, such as to handle your finances, make health care decisions for you if there is ever a point where you cannot do it yourself, or make other business or legal decisions on your behalf. If you become unable to manage your affairs, this person can do it for you. We will work with you to select specific powers that meet your individual needs and wishes.
